No Refund Policy

This is a non-refundable purchase. After you have made your deposit and complete your payments towards your custom gown, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. If you decide to cancel your custom order or if your event has been canceled you will not receive a refund. Please understand that this process is a custom-made order that is designed to your specific body and can not be resold to another customer.

What Is Included In The Consultation Fee?

Consultation fee includes a private consultation with you and the designer where you will receive a sketch, choose from different fabric & trim options to create your custom dress.


*Consultation fee is not included in the 50% down payment

How Much Do I Need to Begin Creating My Custom Dress?

Once you and the designer have agreed on your design, a 50% deposit is required to keep your spot and to begin creating your custom dress process. This is a non-refundable purchase. For more information please click on our no refund policy tab.

How Long Does it Take?

Please be aware that some fabrics and trims may have to be ordered from overseas which can take up to 2-3 weeks to be received.
For our Brides the process takes about a year to 6 months up until the month before the wedding event.
For Reception and Prom clients the process takes about 2-3 months.
